Herzlia is a Jewish community school aimed at providing a Jewish and secular education to the Jewish youth of Cape Town, regardless of religious affiliation. Their educational foundation, supplemented by core Jewish values, rests on five pillars: Academics, Jewish Life & Learning (JLL), Sport, Arts & Culture, and Menschlichkeit.

1. Established in 1940 to serve the Jewish Community of Cape Town

2. United Herzlia Schools (UHS): 10 well-resourced campuses with outstanding facilities
– Herzlia High (Grade 10 ñ 12)
– Herzlia Middle School (Grade 7 ñ 9)
– Three primary schools: Herzlia Constantia, Herzlia Highlands (Vredehoek) and Herzlia Weizmann (Sea Point)
– Four pre-primary schools: Herzlia Alon Ashel (Sea Point), Herzlia Kerem (Constantia), Herzlia Dafna (Milnerton)
and Herzlia Gan Aviv (Vredehoek)
– Herzlia Sarah Bloch is a daycare centre for children age 18 months to 4 years

– Herzlia High School is an inclusive school and will accommodate pupils with particular needs and learning
challenges as long as it is felt that this school is the best academic environment for such pupils.

11. Herzlia Foundation: raises money for pupils in genuine financial need
